手工洋芋片

今天來體驗一下洋芋片的製作過程！

一顆新鮮的馬鈴薯是一定要滴！！然後切片，沖洗一下

接著放到鍋子中稍為煮一下，減少烘烤的時間

煮好後把水瀝乾，在表面塗薄薄的一層奶油，這樣比較香 :D

放到烤箱烤！

將將！雖然有些焦，不過香香脆脆的口感，配上一點焦苦，也是別有一番風味啦～ㄎㄎ

如果喜歡脆一點的，把溫度調低，烘烤時間拉長，就不會焦了
